San Diego looked completely inept+unprepared, under the leadership of their re-tread coach Marty Schottenheime, against KC. Has the game passed this guy up or what? Marty sure is predictable. Who would have thought that LT would run up the middle on all the short yardage plays? Why not mix in a play-action pass, sweep, etc.? This guy has to be one of the worst coaches in the league, but the Chargers are great at hanging on to coaches where the game has passed them by. Boss Ross coached far to many games after the superbowl.

The Chargers are a mess this season and should win only 5-7 games. There's no more leadership on defense that Junior Seau+Rodney Harrison provided. The cornerbacks and safeties looked lost against KC. Although Jake Plummer was unimpressive in his debut with Denver, he should have no problems with the San Diego secondary. Clinton Portis should gain 150+ yards plus just like Priest Holmes did.

Denver is only a 3.5 favorite. This is your Christmas in September gift. Even if this game happens to be close, count on that re-tread Marty Schottenheimer+Chargers to blow it at the end. The Chargers have been masters of this the last few years.

Don't get shutout! These low spreads w/sandiego won't last long. Good luck!

p.s. felice, nos puedes dar sus selecciones?

Yo estoy totalmente de acuerdo, carnal.
In other words, couldn't agree more. The San Diego media is already sinking the ship and giving the Chargers 5-7 wins might be generous with their talent level on D and their schedule. Another big factor in this game is the fact that Denver is guaranteed 3 points when it gets to the Bolts' 35 whereas the CHarger shave to get to the 25 for Old-Ass Christie to even attempt a FG, let alone make it.

I see nothing about Portis not playing. Even if this were true, Denver's backups will do just fine. Even the San Diego State Aztecs could beat the Chargers right now.

Portis fine. He didnt get hurt last game. I follow him closely as he is my stud fantasy player. Portis will have 200 total yards and 2 td's this week.
